Don't book here. Worn out hotel. Paid 3500 Baht for 2 days. Superior with sea view 6 floor. The room was very dirty, outdated. The bed was concrete, everything of floors and decor full of marks. Had to get them to come and change the bed and wash everything again. Full of yellow spots. The shower a disaster, 3 thin rays and cold water. And the water smelled of sewage. Breakfast was also lousy. Overpriced and definitely far away from 4 star hotel. Was shocked at what we got for the high price.

The residence is in a friendly area with several outside bars and restaurants as well as it’s own. Also only 20 mins to beach. You can also use sister hotel pool on the beach and there is an open air swimming pool at local spa. Inside facilities vary on price but cheapest is good size studio with fridge and safe, cleaned everyday. Does lack any cooking or drink making facilities. Also not a wide choice of foreign TV channels. Otherwise good value and friendly staff in residence and restaurant/bar.

I have stayed in a lot of places in Thailand and this for sure has to be among the worst. Reviews ate subjective and after reading a number of poor reviews i still decided to stay. The price was fair and the location was too. Rooms are tired, dated and not the cleanest. Ok i can live with that it is extremely busy with tour operator guests - again no problem. However rude staff is my biggest gripe. When checking in some surly Thai girl told me to pay deposit now. No explanation just pay now. I was relaxing at 5pm around the pool and a Thai boy told me to move as he wanted the sunbed mat. Then my partmer amd i had lunch green curry for me 45 minute wait. Then my partner ordered an Indonesian dish - rewarmed chicken, heat in a bag rice and a fried egg took one hour. I asked to see the manager to tell.him of his poor service he greeted me with YES. No how can i help. The F&B Manager also came and did apologise then laughed. I am so enraged about their inept ability to simply put the customer first i told him that his hotel.was shocking and that i would review. Just dont bother using this place it is a joke - fawlty towers comes to mind. There are many many other hotels who value their customers and invest in customer service training. They dont here. I dont expect any response, it wouldnt warrant the effort on the management side. Just a shocking and disappointing experience.

Only stayed here for one night, and for 800 baht per night I thought it was expensive, considering you can get a bigger apartment, with kitchen and swimming pool for 700 baht 0.5 miles down the road. The staff were very rude, I said hello in Thai on arrival and received no reply, not even a smile. After having the air con on for hours my room was freezing which is obviously a good thing, but fancied a warm shower and there was no hot water whatsoever. If your desperate as I was at the time, then it's fine, however if you have time to look around then I would. I found Happy Valley which is very close, and much much nicer (and cheaper)

Unbelievable with the service of there place. First of the arrival, the reception have no one word to say hello to me even I made Sawasdee to them.2nd I had and very bad bathroom... Hot water working quite bad. You cannot really control that. Even you control well, after it's coming hot again! 3rd at the evening arrival from outside, again about the reception shouting with one Chinese girl. And used bad word to the customer(in Thai word) i was shocked. But anyway it s not mine with that problem. Just to let over people know. Take care about the reception. Maybe some over will get the same...
